As you know, last year in October and almost at the end of the presidency of the organization, in a memorandum of understanding with Tehran Municipality and as one of the respected members of the five-member delegation of Tehran Province, Mr. Saeedian signed a resolution in which the salaries of more than One hundred and thirty thousand respected members of the organization have violated the rights of the oppressed engineers who are members of the Hatem organization in the situation where they had no legal authority, and halved the tariffs for engineering services in the worn-out context and by halving the consumption capacities And inflated, engineers have considered themselves fair in this worn-out fabric.
During the call that I had with Mr. Engineer Abdi Ghahrodi last Thursday, he decided to investigate the issue by Saturday of this week and inform me of the result.
Unfortunately, despite their promise, they did not answer my servant’s repeated phone calls for two days and only a gentleman called from his office, and his explanations were not only unconvincing but also very disappointing.
This honorable colleague stated that the government has decided to reduce the prices in the dilapidated fabric and act in the interest of the public, and practically and openly stated that in this current situation, only the force of the honorable Ministry of Home Affairs has reached us, the oppressed engineers, and by exercising power And the order and halving of the low price tariff for engineering services, and without the fact that in the rest of the story, it means halving the wages of the main executive agents, materials and transportation, and they want to reduce the price of housing in the dilapidated context with this method!!!
I frankly told this dear that the legal duties of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran are related to the government and the government of men and not to an independent professional organization and its members, and no one has the right to spend for the general public from the pockets of a few people. and forgive and fulfill his legal duties with an illegal method.
However, not only Mr. Engineer Saeedian, but also none of the respected members of the five-member board had such legal authority, and basically this memorandum lacks legal validity and should be canceled as soon as possible and the financial damages of this memorandum should be compensated immediately.
It is recommended that you write to the high authority of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and each and every member of the five-member committee and the mayor of Tehran, and emphasize the legal aspects and the necessity of canceling it.
