2- In the letter dated 13th of the Director General of Roads and Urban Development, the implementation of the approvals of the meeting minutes of the 4-person committee has been declared unimpeded until further notice.
The reason must be found (until further notice).
It seems that this (until further notice) implies that the tariff of 99 is temporary until the next meeting when the organization presents the pricing principles. Because probably the rest of the approvals have been deemed legal and definitive according to the law, and only this case was temporary.
3- In the Director General’s letter of December 22, reference is made to his letter of December 13 regarding the notification of the 99 tariff.
They should have specified the task of the organization in the letter of December 13 or December 22, whether the tariff will be increased by 15% or 25%?
In fact, with this letter, the organization has been obliged to fulfill its obligations!
