Simultaneously with the flourishing and application of silicone rubber technology in the electrical industry, Simcatech Industrial Group (Salim Kar-Tomoreh) started its activity in the field of producing silicone insulators and implementing coating on ceramic and glass insulators from 1377. In 1381, the production line of silicon insulators in the voltage category of 63 kV was launched and operated in collaboration with and under the license of the French Sedeur company. In line with the development and improvement, in 1392, Simcatec company, in cooperation with Sino, established a production line of all kinds of insulators. and started interphase spacers up to 400 kV voltage.
In 2014, Simcatech Company started the production of silicon arresters up to 230 kV voltage range in cooperation with Jinguan Company, one of the largest and most reliable arrester manufacturers in the world. After many negotiations and meetings, signed the exclusive agency contract of CSL Canada to supply and implement RTV coverage in Iran and the region. This company has always been one of the pioneers in the transfer of new technology in Iran, and in this context, it has an exclusive cooperation agreement for the supply and production of multi-chamber lightning arresters with the Swiss company Streamer, which is the inventor of this equipment.
