Some of the most used software in the field of bioinformatics are the following
Jmol:
It is a bioinformatics tool for understanding the three-dimensional structure of macromolecules, including DNAs, RNAs, and proteins and their components. This software is based on the web and therefore there is no need to install this software on the used device. In order to use this tool, the identification code of the desired molecule must be entered into the software. The four-digit code of the molecules is available in the PDB database. Jmol provides complete information on molecules, including the type and number of atoms, the structure of chains and sequences used in the molecule, resolution, etc., and specifies molecular bonds, distances, angles, and related information. This software is regularly updated and therefore includes comprehensive and up-to-date information. This software can also be used on smartphones and iPads.
RNA structure:
It is a free software that is used for bioinformatics research. RNAstructure displays the secondary structure of DNA and RNA and also calculates the probability of base hybridization and determines the stability of each of these bonds. Also, this tool calculates the binding tendency of biological molecules to the desired RNA. The mentioned software can be installed and run on different systems.
Hex:
It is a free and dedicated bioinformatics software for molecular docking (protein_protein). This software is free and can be run on all kinds of operating systems.  Using this software, you can calculate the total interaction angle and also simulate the interaction according to the similarity of the shape, energy, etc.
Cn3D:
It is one of the applications in this field, which has a small volume and is specific for displaying macromolecules, especially proteins. This software will provide the possibility of viewing protein secondary structures and some structural modifications on them.
Chromas:
It is a very useful bioinformatics tool in the field of genomics and proteomics. This software determines the sequence of genes and presents the result of sequencing as well as the result of analyzes such as trenches in a file with the abi extension. Using this software, you can perform phylogeny analysis or edit the information in the received file by converting the extension to fasta.
Fast PCR:
It is a simple and practical bioinformatics software. This software provides an attractive user environment and the possibility of editing and viewing all types of sequences, primer and probe analysis, as well as gene editing. Using this software, you can easily perform virtual cloning.
CLC:
It is a software for specialized analysis of genomic and proteomic information. This software can be run on different operating systems including Windows, Linux and Mac. CLC has features such as examining gene and protein sequences, map of restriction enzyme cleavage sites, virtual cloning, primer and probe design, and gene labeling.
 OVITO:
It is a graphic bioinformatics software made in Germany, which is mostly used in the field of analysis and observation of simulated atomic structures. It is very easy to use and is very similar to VMD software.
 ArgusLab:
It is a tool for molecular modeling that is mostly used in the field of modeling complex atomic structures and their stabilization. This free software is made in America and can be used on different versions of the Windows operating system. One of the main features of this software is protein-ligand docking in pharmaceutical analyzes and screenings
