Teaching useful and practical tips in Microsoft Word software
How to type numbers in Persian font in Word:
With the setting below, you can type numbers in Microsoft Word in Persian. Of course, I usually type the numbers myself with the same English fonts and I saw that most of my friends do this too. The reason for not using Persian fonts for numbers is that sometimes there is interference in writing web pages. Because these number fonts appear to be Persian, they are actually Arabic fonts.
Anyway, to do this, follow these steps:
In the Office Word program itself, proceed as follows through the Word option:
Tools/Options/Complex Scripts
Next, in the lower part of the opened window, in front of the word Numeral, select the Context option.
Then click ok. In this case, when typing in Persian form, the numbers will be typed in Persian font, and when typing in English form, English numbers will be typed.
1) If you are typing an English text and looking for a synonym of a particular word, just move the cursor next to or below the corresponding word and press F7 + Shift keys, and this will bring up a list of synonyms of that word. Special is displayed.
2) If you have changed the format of a part of the text, for example, you have changed its color or font type and now you want to return it to the default state of Word, you can select that part of the text and press the SpaceBar + Ctrl keys .
3) When you want to select a part of the text, you can hold down the word Alt and drag with the mouse. This will make the selection work in a rectangular shape and increase your speed dramatically.
4) By pressing the F5 + Shift key, you can go to the part of the text that you just changed. Pressing these keys again will take you to the previously changed parts of the text.
5) In the Print Preview window, you can see a preview of your file before printing. If you want to make changes in the text in this window, just click on the Magnifier icon to allow you to correct the text.
6) If you want to see two different parts of a document at the same time, you can open the relevant file in Word software, hold the mouse over the arrow above the slider until the mouse pointer is in the form of two parallel lines with two arrows in It comes up and down. Then click and drag it down without releasing the mouse. Now the page is divided into two parts, the same file is displayed in both parts, and you can see and edit two different parts of the file at the same time.
7) If your file is large and it is difficult for you to find the content, just select the Document Map option from the View menu to show a list of your Document titles. Now, by clicking on any title, you jump to that part of your file.
