The branch of the Special Dispute Resolution Council of the Real Estate Consultants Association was opened in the union building yesterday with the presence of relevant officials.
According to the union’s public relations report, on Sunday, January 1, 1998, the branch of the Special Dispute Resolution Council of the Real Estate Consultants Guild, with the presence of the president and the board of directors of the Tehran Chamber of Guilds, the president and the board of directors of the Real Estate Consultants Union, Mr. Gholamreza Kejkav, the supervisor of the 27 Judicial Complex, and Mrs. Nowrozi Deputy of Complex 27 was opened at the place of Union building.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Mustafa Qoli Khosravi, while welcoming the board of directors of the Tehran Chamber of Guilds and the honorable guests, noted: Considering the concern that existed for years among the members of the real estate advisors’ guild to handle their claims, with the support of the judiciary and the deputy of the Resolution Council dispute, the branch of the Justice Dispute Resolution Council of Tehran province was opened inside the union building.
The head of the union added: Considering that according to the trade union law, the union has a dispute resolution commission; As an arm of the union, the council should be in line with the goals and demands of the union; However, it is expected that the cases will be investigated according to the procedure.
In the following, Gholamreza Kejkav, the supervisor of the 27th Judicial Complex, gave a speech and stated: According to the instructions of the Honorable Head of the Judiciary, in order to reduce the indiscriminate entry of cases into the courts and prevent the delay of proceedings, the 27th Complex for trades, merchants and the engineering system took action The establishment of 15 conciliation branches that are located in the places of unions. In this regard, the 2620 branch of the Real Estate Consultants Association has started its activities again at the place of the union.
He clarified: the process of dealing with the cases is that first our representatives issue a corrective report and in case of non-commitment of any of the parties, enforcement measures are taken which include confiscation, correspondence with Rahor and finally the implementation of the law on financial convictions. In the continuation of the ceremony, Ebrahim Darshti, the first vice president of the Tehran Chamber of Trade Unions, expressed his satisfaction with the establishment of dispute resolution councils in the unions and stated: There have been dispute resolution commissions in the unions since the past, and it is hoped that with the establishment of this council, the process of dealing with cases Decrease.
In addition, Khosro Ebrahimi, the second vice president of the Tehran Chamber of Guilds, while congratulating for the establishment of the Dispute Resolution Council branch, considered the Real Estate Consultants Union to be one of the pioneers in establishing dispute resolution commissions, which has always been one of the most active unions in this matter.
He went on to point out that the Chamber of Guilds supports this council and added: The cases should be examined more carefully and delicately in this branch according to the procedural rules.
In the end, Qasim Nodeh Farahani, the head of the Tehran Chamber of Guilds, noted: It is hoped that with the efforts of Mr. Kejkav and Mr. Khosravi, the number of current cases in the judiciary will decrease, and the Chamber of Guilds will provide its comprehensive support to the dispute resolution councils.
