In its 238th meeting, the Central Council of the Organization of Construction Engineering System of the country examined the most important issues in the field of construction, especially after the occurrence of floods in different provinces of the country.
According to the public relations report of the Central Council, in the meeting that was held on Tuesday evening, 27 April, with the presence of all the main and alternate members of the Council and the heads of the construction engineering organizations of the provinces, in the meeting hall of the Central Council, Engineer Bahadri, the executive secretary of the Central Council, wished It was a successful year for the members of the council to serve the society. He described the occurrence of floods in most provinces as an important test for the active presence of member engineers in the scenes of relief and reconstruction of damaged buildings.
He said: Neglecting the correct placement of buildings, non-compliance with urban planning regulations and problems related to urban designs have created the ground for the escalation of the problem, and from now on, the organization should enter these specialized fields with more seriousness.
Engineer Bahadri also mentioned the meeting of the Central Council’s Presidium with the Deputy Housing and Building Ministry of Roads and Urban Development this morning and said: In this meeting, Dr. Hosseini invited the Civil Engineering System Organization to participate in the reconstruction of flooded areas voluntarily. According to the Deputy Minister of Housing and Building of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, this move is an opportunity to restore the organization’s social capital. The deputy minister has suggested that wherever certain provinces have a mission in the affected areas, the organization should also be present there and cooperate and take responsibility in evaluating the vulnerabilities to monitoring the construction process and locating new constructions. .
