The director of the world base of Persepolis says about the similarity of this gate with the Ishtar gate: the glazed bricks of the gate of Babylon (Ishtar) which Cyrus built in 539 BC. M Fath Kurd includes a hybrid animal whose feet are eagles, hands are lions, horns and faces are snakes and dragons. This combination is a symbolic symbol of the god Marduk, the god Marduk in ancient Mesopotamia, which is called “Mushkhashu”. A graphic similar to that can be seen on the Pardis campus gate with eagle’s feet and lion’s hands, a figure that is similar to the god Marduk of Mesopotamia Babylon.

The good thing about Cyrus Gate is that the owner of the land around Tell Ajri has donated this land. It has also provided long pipes so that the water needed by agricultural lands is directed outside the ancient site and not inside the site. Also, the protection unit is stationed in Tel Ajri and monitors and controls all 17 turquoise sites.

This university professor explains: The main floor of the building has remained intact. There is a platform on both sides in parallel, which were seats for sitting at the gate, which are repeated on both sides of the gate.

The lotus flowers, whose petals still remain, appear in a strip on the entire wall. Next to them, there were panels of mythical animals that covered the entire 12-meter wall.
It is interesting that the decorative band of the lotus flowers of the Gate of Babylon, which is kept in the Pergamon Museum in Berlin today, is similar to the lotus flowers of the Parse Gate.

According to Asgari Chavardi, bitumen mortar was widely used in this gate, which was brought from Khuzestan to Parse during the Achaemenid period. Architectural signs and symbols are specifically identified on the bricks, which is very important.

In fact, the master craftsman could mark the horizontal and vertical lines of the bricks with these signs and symbols from above. The panels are baked in the furnace and 180 types of them have been identified with signs and symbols similar to number letters, as if they were numbering the bricks in this way, then they were placed in their place by the craftsmen so that they could, for example, arrange a lotus flower view on top of each other.

Referring to the discovery of inscriptions in Babylonian Akkadian cuneiform and 10,000 glazed bricks from the Cyrus period, this archaeologist says: It is important that this building was built during the conquest of Babylon as a cultural-monumental project by order of Cyrus. And because Kambojie was the crown prince in Babylon for 10 years and was familiar with Babylonian traditions, he invited Babylonian architects and made these molds. Therefore, all techniques and forms belong to ancient Babylon.
