The head of the Center for Lawyers, Official Experts, and Family Counselors of the Judiciary said: Granting of attorney licenses without an exam, official expert license without an exam, and family counselor licenses. Without the examination and the specialized attorney’s license, the necessary regulations and processes are defined in the mentioned system and will be activated within the next three days in technical coordination with the relevant center in the national portal of licenses.
In a conversation with Mizan regarding the connection of the center to the National License Portal system, Hassan Abdulyanpour said: despite the fact that according to the decisions issued by the General Board of the Court of Administrative Justice, legal representation, official expertise and family counseling are not considered businesses, and from the law amending Articles 1 and 7 laws for the implementation of the general policies of Article 44 have thematic exceptions.
He continued: But for the purpose of transparency and following the orders of the Head of the Judiciary, the aforementioned processes regarding the granting of a lawyer’s license without an exam, an official expert’s license without an exam, a family counselor’s license without an exam, and a specialized attorney’s license, the necessary regulations and processes have been defined in the aforementioned system. Within the next three days, they will be activated in the national portal of licenses with technical coordination with the relevant center.
