This is because the index of the second six months of 1401 should have been announced in the program and budget organization, but this did not happen, and on the other hand, we insisted that the new tariffs in 1402 be announced accurately and legally. Of course, with the decision of the Central Council, we preferred that the tariff for the first half of the year be the same as the second half of the year and approach an increase of “32%”. Contrary to what is said in some media and cyberspace, the increase of 11% was based on the construction cost, which was It was announced by the Central Council in March of 1400 and of course in May of 1401 based on the notification of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, it was stopped and the ceiling was announced based on 30%. The good news is that this amount of increase is due to calculation and, hoping to God, with the announcement of the second six-month index by the Program and Budget Organization, this number will definitely increase. If the tariffs become real, we will definitely witness the improvement of the quality of construction and the improvement of conditions, and on this basis, we request the authorities and decision-makers to pay more attention to the salaries of the members of the organization; Because engineering tariffs are never a significant percentage of the actual construction costs. According to topic 22 of the National Construction Regulations, for Table No. 10 (Construction Cost Table) and Table No. 11 (Percentage of Total Fees), a 25% increase in tariffs is foreseen subject to the approval of the Provincial Board of Directors, and these two tables were also approved by the Board of Directors of the Construction Engineering System Organization of Tehran Province.
