The need to use skilled workers with technical skill licenses in construction

Article 4 – From the date that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, after obtaining an opinion from the Ministry of Interior, announces in each location, the employment of natural and legal persons in those technical matters in the construction and urban development sectors determined by the said Ministry requires having Professional qualification. This qualification is verified in the case of engineers through a license to engage in engineering work, and in the case of technical assistants and experimental architects through a license to engage in associate or experimental work, and in the case of skilled workers through a technical skill license. The associate and experimental employment permit is determined by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the technical skill permit issuing authority of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

Article 15 – The contractor is obliged to use engineers from other building disciplines, technical assistants, experienced architects, workers and master craftsmen as well as skilled technical agents, and in any place where according to Article 4 of the Law on Engineering and Building Control, it is required to have a technical skill license. to comply with the mentioned regulations.
