By referring to the records of the assemblies formed in the past periods and examining the reception of the members, which was sometimes reduced to less than two percent, the selection of inspectors in the assemblies, which is carried out at the suggestion of the board of directors, has turned into an election by order.
The inspectors’ lack of expertise and nobility in financial and legal affairs, which is considered part of their supervisory duties, has made them unable to perform their assigned duties.
