3- Respected Agriculture Commission to separate the Ministry of Forests, Ranges and Natural Resources from the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture in order to support the agriculture, natural resources and environment sector, and by merging it into the Environmental Protection Organization, create a new ministry for the protection of natural resources and A healthy environment and forests and pastures will be formed, and with this, the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture will be lighter
4- If farmers are supported to devote one third of their agricultural land to the cultivation of oilseeds, animal and poultry feed, and water loss, both foreign imports will decrease and the market for other summer crops and vegetables will improve.
5-Supporting the cultivation of greenhouse crops in order to reduce water consumption and produce healthy crops and create employment will lead to the construction of large-scale settlements and settlements in the offending areas of the country.
6 Supporting nomads and villagers to implement the plan in pastures and planting trees and medicinal and fodder plants
7. The agricultural sector provides food for the society. In the past few years, farmers and production units have suffered a lot of losses and many agricultural sector activists have had their bank accounts blocked due to debts to banks, insurance companies and private creditors. Their case has even been taken to the court. It is necessary to open their bank accounts with the follow-up of the Agricultural Commission, the Economic and Judicial Commission of the Parliament, the Central Bank and Social Security, and to provide them with immediate support by paying low-interest bank facilities for several years.
8- One of the problems of farmers and units related to the agricultural sector is not having a registration document for collateral to use bank facilities, if the agricultural and economic and judicial commissions of the parliament follow up to create a special and special room without appointments in the document and real estate registration centers of the country’s cities. In order to issue a registration document for farmers and production units, one of the important problems of obstacles to production and employment will be removed.
