The results and decisions of the meeting in the ministry of privacy.
1- It was decided that the pre-sale list of corn by importers is subject to their approval by the Support Company for Livestock Affairs and the Deputy of Livestock Production Affairs of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture.
2- According to the organization’s proposal to use their capacity for the supply and distribution of inputs, it was decided that the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad should take this action conditional on ensuring that they arrive at an approved price.
3- Considering the possibility of restricting exports from the countries of origin to other countries, it was decided based on the currencies of the yuan, ruble, and Omani rial, the cost price of corn and soybeans will be determined by the support organization and announced to the house secretary by Sunday of next week. The market regulation group should be brought up.
4- It was decided to take the following measures in relation to chicken supply management:
A- The work of the market regulation group of each province is obliged to sign a memorandum with organizations and slaughterhouses to act in relation to the slaughter of chickens of the support company in such a way that the actual fee for the specific slaughterhouse and the rest of the purchase price of the support goes to the chicken farmer. B- Livestock Affairs Support Company is required to determine the assignment of chickens whose expiration date is near and to export them by stewards without paying five thousand Tomans. C- Pursuing the possibility of distributing part of the chickens of the support company’s reserve (2300 tons) from 1st to 10th of May by the relief committee or in the form of a basket of goods to reduce the amount of reserves in order to be able to buy more chickens currently produced.
e- The export duties by the private sector should be reduced from 5000 thousand tomans to 2500 tomans (considering that the proposal was to completely remove the duties or reduce them to 1500 tomans, it was decided to be discussed in the market regulation headquarters)
6- The export of chicken meat up to 6000 thousand tons can be done without any complications.
7- With regard to 124 million hatchings in March and 30 million hatchings until the 10th of April, it was announced by the Ministry of Jihad of Agriculture that there will be no problem in the supply of chickens until September, and there will not be a sharp price increase, of course, subject to the following conditions: a. 125 million chickens per month approved by the market regulation headquarters should be reduced to 115 million. (Chicken Association and other producers believe that 100 million chickens is enough considering the amount of reserves) It was decided that the ceiling of chicken production will also be raised in the market regulation headquarters.
7- The weight ceiling of buying chicken by support should be increased from 1800 grams to 2200 grams (the support company insisted on 2 kilograms, it was decided to agree on the weight with the vice president of livestock affairs), Dr. Rezaei Nazar’s opinion was 4.2 kilograms.
8- Slaughterhouses should work three shifts according to the opinion of the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad in the provinces. Note: One shift of slaughter should be reserved for mother hens to kill mothers over 57 weeks (the removal age was decided by the Deputy of Livestock Affairs because the removal proposal was 55 weeks)
9- It was decided to allocate 4200 foreign currency for vaccines and disinfectants that have a preventive role in Sunday’s meeting with Dr. Jahangiri’s deputy and it was approved.
10- It was decided that the list of supply chain units whose banking facilities should be borrowed or postponed should be officially announced to the Central Bank for consideration based on the government’s approval.
11- It was decided that the activities of cardboard sheet production units, packaging of plastic cartons of Shring Pack should be carried out by the Ministry of Health.
12- Surplus mother hen and removal of eggs laid in the device and management of chicken supply, provided that the price of chicken does not increase from the approved price under the responsibility of the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture.
13- In line with the losses caused to the poultry farmers, it was decided that the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad should submit a documented report with numbers and figures to the Secretary of the Market Regulation Headquarters to follow up with the government to compensate the losses by allocating cheap facilities.
