What is paid leave? Ordinary jobs or difficult and harmful?

Annual leave or paid vacation leave is referred to as paid vacation leave granted by employers to employees. Depending on the employer, different policies for the number of days may be provided and the employee has to coordinate with the employer. The vast majority of countries today have a minimum paid annual leave law. According to the labor law, workers are entitled to 2.5 days off in normal work every month. This number is 192 hours per year, which is equivalent to 26 days. This leave is called entitled leave, which is added to four Fridays every month.

How is paid leave calculated in ordinary, hard and unprofitable jobs?

Based on Article 65 of the Labor Law, the annual leave of workers who are engaged in hard and harmful work is 5 weeks. The use of this leave is done, even if possible, in two times and at the end of every six months of work. It is worth mentioning that in difficult and loss-making jobs, the amount of paid leave increases and reaches 5 weeks per year (approximately 3 days per month). However, Article 65 of the Labor Law stipulates that as much as possible for these jobs, leave should be taken twice a year.
