Ten points that we must follow when writing a tax return
1- It is possible to submit the electronic declaration of taxpayers using the user name and password and the pre-registration tracking code and if the registration information is completed. Therefore, it is necessary for legal taxpayers to complete the registration and remove possible defects. If you receive the error code 504 when submitting the electronic declaration, it means that the above conditions for submitting the declaration are not met.
2- It is mandatory to complete all the sections that are in red and with stars. If any of the mentioned sections are not filled, your information will be saved, but you will not be able to send information.
3- The bank account related to the taxpayer’s job makes the declaration valid. If the relevant bank account is not introduced, maybe after communicating with the banking system and obtaining a bank account related to the taxpayer’s job, the regulatory and estimated statement of the Tax Affairs Department will be used as the criterion for determining income and taxes.
4- It is necessary to enter the information of the CEO on the page where the details of the CEO and members of the board of directors are included.
5- If there is no financial balance at the end of the period and the relevant amounts are not entered, it is not possible to send information to the Tax Administration. (In other words, the balance of assets and liabilities should be zero).
6- On the last page, the information related to the adjuster of the declaration who has the right to sign (taxpayer or legal representative), the manager of financial and audit affairs and in case of audit of the offices by the relevant information audit institutions is included.
7- After the final submission, you will not be able to edit your information. Therefore, after completing the form and before sending it to the tax affairs organization, print the draft version and check it, and after making sure the information is correct, send it.
8- If you use the option of sending without electronic signature to send information, after confirming the sending, you must enter your username and pre-registration tracking code. If you choose the option of sending information with an electronic signature, before providing your username and pre-registration tracking code, you must connect your “token” to the computer and enter your intention and sign your statement.
9- The transfer of information is sent based on the tax unit declared by the taxpayer, and the taxpayer is responsible for the inaccuracy of the tax unit code. After confirming the above information, your information will be sent to the Tax Administration.
10- If the information is sent successfully, the system will provide you with a tracking code. The provided tracking code will be transferred automatically on the printed forms.
