We felt it necessary to convey a report of the most important outlines related to the current performance as well as some goals
A) performance report:
1- Achieving an increase in the fee rate of respected engineers, designers and electrical supervisors by 50% compared to the previous year (96) in 2017 with the help of the 8th Board of Directors
2- Inviting all insurance companies and formulating a comprehensive and responsive professional liability insurance
3- Realizing the plan of using competent operators of electrical installations in buildings and calling and identifying and measuring their quality
4- Trying to implement topic 22 of maintenance of buildings in order to reduce the burden of lifelong responsibility of engineers.
5- Holding the first appointment of electrical engineer and designating the 10th day of May as the day of electrical engineer in order to increase their rank and restore the dignity of the work of dear colleagues.
6- Holding more than 5 conferences and training courses to improve the scientific level of respected colleagues
7- Inviting all companies active in the field of smart building for qualification and rating
b) Objectives of the period:
1-Increasing tariffs and wages according to the rate and inflation in the country through the creation of separate tariffs for topics such as smart building and Gpon, lighting, photovoltaic and green building
2- Efforts to reduce lifelong professional liability with regard to the maximum useful life of the building by finalizing the previous efforts to implement topic 22 of repairs and maintenance of buildings.
3- Approving the need to conduct start-up tests and tests during the delivery of buildings to the operator
4- Mandating the presence of an experienced representative and a lawyer in the meetings of the Disciplinary Council to defend the rights of engineers.
5- Trying to oblige the owners to use engineers who are new to the profession as resident supervisors with approved salaries and benefits as the auxiliary arm of the electrical supervisors.
6- Providing detailed monitoring and comprehensive design checklists
7-Providing recommended lists of standard consumer goods and reputable brands
8- Publication of a specialized virtual publication and establishment of a permanent secretariat in order to communicate with all conferences in the country and abroad in the field of building electrical industry and to encourage and support materially and spiritually the best ideas, articles and printed books.
9- Holding quality training courses at low or free cost to improve the knowledge level of our dear colleagues.

In the end, it should be mentioned that according to the agreement made with the respected members of the Smart Choice Coalition, which was based on voting among like-minded candidates and ultimately reaching this group of seven, despite the respect for the other respected candidates and thanks to We wish everyone success and happiness for their endless love
