According to Hakim Hospital’s letter No. 965 dated 09/06/1402 and Biston Hospital’s letter No. 855 dated 09/07/1402 regarding the working personnel subject to the Productivity Law of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences regarding the order to return all the benefits of the Productivity Promotion Law from the beginning 1401 until now, from the nurses committed to the law of productivity working in private hospitals, during the negotiations of the Kermanshah nursing system with Mr. Engineer Karimi, the honorable vice president of development of the University of Medical Sciences, a decision was made that in case of re-commitment, productivity benefits from the nurses working in Private centers and hospitals should not be returned.
