In an alternative way, you can get information about the date and center of your specialized interview by contacting the psd site supporters through the contact number and ID provided.
3- I have a problem entering the psd system.
Answer: By default, the user name, national code and password are the candidate’s ID number.
Important note: If the final approval is done after uploading the documents, you will not be able to enter the system by default.
4- How long can I upload my documents?
Answer: The day before your professional interview is the last chance to upload the original documents. After that, no changes are made in the system.
5- I have not succeeded in uploading a document in the system.
Answer: Until the day before the interview, you can correct your file by requesting the support staff. But after the interview or during it, no changes will be possible.
6- I have not been able to pay the amount.
Answer: If you have not paid the desired amount and you are currently unable to enter the system, inform the support staff.
7- The SMS invitation to the interview is half received.

9- When and where should I go for general interview and medical examination?
Answer: The date and time of the general interview will be informed to you through the selection center of the province.
Medical examinations are sometimes done at the evaluation center and on the day of the interview, and sometimes the centers refer the candidates to a specific place. If you need a referral, track the date and time from the assessment center.
10- The day of my interview is Friday or an official holiday. Should I refer?

11- What should I do if the day of my specialized interview interferes with my other interview?

12- I have paid the registration fee, but it is not registered in my file, or have I paid more than once?
